By signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive marketing communications from Henzoll PTY LTD, trading as Hegen Australia, ABN 69 617 439 602.

The welcome discount is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other bundles offers, discounts, or promotions. The discount code will be sent to the email address provided during the sign-up process and must be entered at checkout to receive the discount.

The 10% welcome discount is applicable to regular-priced items only and does not apply to sale items, gift cards, or shipping fees.

Section 11 - Hegen Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Hegen Rewards Program is designed to reward loyal customers with points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. By participating in this program, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Earning Points

Customers earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made through the Hegen Australia website. Every 100 points equals $1 to spend.

VIP Tiers

The program includes three VIP membership tiers, determined by the total points accumulated within a 12-month period:

  • Silver VIP (0–4,999 points): Free to join upon sign-up. Members gain access to exclusive promotions and earn 10 points per $1 spent.
  • Gold VIP (5,000–9,999 points): Members must accumulate the required points within 12 months. Gold VIP benefits include all Silver tier perks, a higher earning rate of 15 points per $1 spent, early access to new product launches, and priority customer support.
  • Platinum VIP (10,000+ points): Members must accumulate the required points within 12 months. Platinum VIP benefits include all Gold tier perks, the highest earning rate of 20 points per $1 spent, exclusive access to VIP events, and a free VIP-exclusive gift.

Additional Ways to Earn Points

Customers can earn additional points through the following actions:

  • Refer a Friend: When referring a friend to purchase Hegen products, both parties receive 15% off their next order. The discount is applied only if the friend completes a purchase using the unique referral link.
  • Sign Up for a Hegen Account: Earn 30 points upon signing up for a Hegen account on our website.
  • Subscribe to Our Newsletter: Receive 30 points by subscribing to our newsletter for updates and promotions.
  • Follow Us on Instagram: Use the designated link on our website to follow Hegen on Instagram and earn 50 points.
  • Leave a Review: Earn 15% off your next order by submitting a product review. 
  • Birthday Rewards: Enter your birth date in your account, and we’ll celebrate with 500 points on your birthday.

Redemption of Points

Every 100 points equals $1 in rewards value. Points can be redeemed at checkout for purchases made on the Hegen Australia website only.

Expiration of Points

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity. To maintain an active account, customers must engage in at least one rewards activity within this timeframe.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can only be redeemed for eligible Hegen products and merchandise.
  2. The Hegen Rewards Program applies only to purchases made on the Hegen Australia website. Purchases from third-party retailers do not qualify for rewards.
  3. Hegen reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program, including point values, redemption rates, and VIP tier benefits, at any time without prior notice.
  4. Fraudulent or abusive participation in the program, including misuse of referral links or review incentives, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
  5. Discounts earned through referrals and reviews cannot be combined with other offers, including the Welcome Code.

Consent & Opt In

By providing your mobile phone number during sign-up or checkout, you consent to receive marketing and promotional messages via SMS from Hegen Australia. This includes updates, exclusive offers, and other promotional content. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

Opt Out

You can unsubscribe from SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive marketing messages or service-related communications regarding your orders.

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary depending on promotions and customer engagement. Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile service provider. Hegen Australia is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

Data Privacy & Security

You phone number and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Service Availability & Liability

Hegen Australia is not responsible for any delays, misdelivery, or failure of SMS message due to mobile network issues or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS marketing service at any time without notice.

Changes to SMS Marketing Terms

Hegen Australia may update these SMS marketing terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in this section, and continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Section 13 - Hegen Expo Brochure $5 Discount Code Usage

Voucher Usage

The $5 voucher code "HGXP25" is exclusively valid for purchases made on the Hegen Australia online store. To redeem the voucher, a minimum purchase of $80 is required.

Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Each customer may use the voucher once only.

  • The voucher cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or voucher codes.

  • The voucher is valid for use only in 2025 and will expire at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 December 2025.

  • The voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative offers.

General Terms

  • The voucher is applicable to online purchases only and cannot be used at retail stores or expo events.

  • Hegen reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If an order using the voucher is cancelled or refunded, the voucher will not be reissued.


SECTION 14 - Hegen Essentials Starter Kit Promotion 

Campaign Overview

For a limited time, customers who purchase an Essentials Starter Kit will receive a free All-Rounder Crown in their choice of any available colour and a free Bottle Brush and Teat Cleaner. This promotion is available while stock lasts. The offer begins at 2:00 PM (AEST) on 26th February 2025 and will run until all promotional gifts are fully redeemed.

Eligibility

The promotion is valid for purchases of the Essentials Starter Kit only and cannot be combined with any other discount, including the Welcome Code. There is no fixed end date, and once stock is depleted, the promotion will automatically end without prior notice.

Gift with Purchase Terms

Each eligible purchase includes one All-Rounder Crown and one Bottle Brush and Teat Cleaner. Gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products. If any of the promotional gifts become unavailable, Hegen reserves the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value.

Returns & Cancellations

If an order is returned or canceled, the promotional gifts must also be returned in their original, unused condition. Failure to return the gifts may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
